Frank began his career in New York working as a real estate broker, showing an interest in affordable housing development and non-profit organization. After a move to Tampa, he joined the CDC of Tampa team as Vice President of Real Estate Development with a goal of creating opportunities for people to build prosperous futures and vibrant communities.
Frank's duties include overseeing development projects which may include multi-family, single family, commercial, new construction, rehab, etc.


Beginning in 1992, the CDC of Tampa hoped to alleviate poverty and physical deterioration within a community of neighborhoods in East Tampa. With construction of over 80 single family homes, 210 rental units, and 52,000sq ft of commercial space, the CDC of Tampa has built a proven track record of deploying strategies that reduce these disparities in the lives of East Tampa residents, as well as residents throughout Tampa, Hillsborough County, and beyond.




Vince is Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at USAmeriBank, specializing in commercial real estate transactions. He has seen tremendous success in lending on projects to a range of real estate customers and is proud to be helping them with their investment and development opportunities. Vince is a member of and actively participates in the Society of Real Estate Professionals, the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, the Real Estate Investment Council - Tampa Bay, and the Westshore Alliance.

P.J. is currently the Managing Director of the Central Florida offices of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services located in Tampa, FL. He has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and counseling since 1996. P.J. has extensive specialized expertise in multifamily properties, specifically conventional apartment communities, affordable housing communities, condominium and townhouse projects, and student housing.

P.J. is also an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida, and a State-Certified General Appraiser in 9 states.

Bobby, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Real Estate Officer for RMC Property Group, has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 10 years. He is responsible for all of RMC's corporate financial matters — as well as overseeing the day-to-day management of RMC's acquisition & development business. In his capacity of CFO, Bobby manages RMC's corporate budgets, cash flow projections, corporate credit facilities, and lending/banking relationships. As Chief Real Estate Officer, Bobby manages the team of RMC leasing and management executives responsible for the day to day management of RMC's commercial real estate portfolio.

With over ten years of experience in the development industry, Edward has acquired industry and community recognition for providing superior performance and quality projects.

Santosh is a Chief Executive Officer of Convergent Capital Partners LLC. He holds over 17 years of real estate investing experience which includes active investment, development, and turnaround of multifamily, retail, office, hotel, and land development in various geographies.

Santosh graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's prestigious Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology (M&T), with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering & Applied Science.
