After a move to Tampa, Frank joined the CDC of Tampa team as Vice President of Real Estate Development with a goal of creating opportunities for people to build prosperous futures and vibrant communities.
Beginning in 1992, the CDC of Tampa hoped to alleviate poverty and physical deterioration within a community of neighborhoods in East Tampa. With construction of over 80 single family homes, 210 rental units, and 52,000sq ft of commercial space, the CDC
