Zachary Ahmad is a Junior at USF majoring in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. As a licensed real estate agent, he has a passion for both real estate and financial modelling. Zack is also a bilingual dual citizen from Jordan and is pursuing a career in acquisition analysis.

Anderson Hardy is a Junior at USF majoring in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. He is interested in working in real estate private equity and real estate development. Outside of academics, he has a passion for spending time researching commercial real estate transactions in the Tampa Bay area and reviewing financial statements.

He is eager to learn and explore opportunities that broaden his horizon and develop his character. Sebastian Porras is a Freshman at USF majoring in Accounting. He is interested in the investment side of Multifamily Real Estate through syndications and private equity funds. Sebastian plans to provide opportunities and education to students that are eager to learn the investment process of real estate.

Alex Smith is a Sophomore at USF pursuing a double degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Global Business with a concentration in Finance. He enjoys advancing his education with challenging concepts that are relevant to his personal interests of equity valuation and private equity real estate. Alex is tri-cultural, tri-lingual, and tri-national, holding citizenship in the US, UK, and Mexico.

Youanna Mosad is a Junior at USF majoring in Marketing with a minor in Finance. She is eager to pursue a career in multifamily syndications focusing on acquisitions and operations. Youanna Mosad immigrated from Egypt to the United States to further her education in Real Estate.

Greg Smersh is a Professor in the Department of Finance at USF. With a background in building construction and real estate development, he teaches finance and real estate courses at USF. Dr. Smersh founded this club in 2015 and is our Faculty Advisor.
